«Renome-Smart» LLC has upgraded the internal ERP-system of its own design - ATM Support. In the last update the functionality of online (directly from the work area) reporting of engineers concerning the works execution on the ATM was implemented. Now the engineer only needs to send a message via WAP, and after that all the operational information concerning the request for ATM repair fulfilment appears. Moreover, the customer who placed a request for repair also receives the message containing the request execution time. Thus, the request is considered to be done only after the customer’s confirmation of the quality and time of works completion. This update provides the full information on the execution status of the requests both for the company employees and for the Customer representatives. In turn, this leads to a more rapid decision-making and reduces equipment downtime, especially at the centralized management of the ATM network. In addition, a precise recording and confirmation of the works completion time reduce the number of disputes to a minimum. ATM support technical software system is continuously noted by the company customers and foreign partners as a highly transparent and efficient management system of the service department. ATM Support – is a self-design project of the company, and therefore it fully takes into consideration all the features of the company. The system was distinguished by the international TNO Certification auditors as one of the best systems of quality control of the service activities.

«Renome-Smart» LLC has installed the revised version of «ToMaS» software on all Express Bank ATMs. The main innovations in this version are the support of PortmoneDirect protocol. This allows making the payments on bank terminals in favour of all the companies from Portmone.com.ua website.

Ukrainian railways brought into test operation the service of railway ticket sale via «Express-Bank» ATMs. This service has become possible due to the technical ATM upgrade, conducted by the experts of ATM service Department and ToMaS software system, developed by «Renome-Smart» Banking solutions Department.

On January 25-27, 2011, in Paderborn (Germany) “Wincor World 2011” trade show on solutions for banking took place. The representatives of the “Renome-Smart” LLC, an official partner of Wincor Nixford in Ukraine, also participated in this event. The main idea of the exhibition was consolidation and standardization of banking business processes. According to Wincor Nixdorf calculations, the average bank can save up to 20%, when it has the "closed" cash cycle, by using the standard cassettes and software which allow to automate the money stock transfer from the cashiers to the ATM. Figures cited by Wincor Nixdorf experts are real, because it is not only a bare a mathematical calculation, but the data received during the pilot project in the Dutch bank ABN Amro and Metro network. Moreover, Cash Cycle Management Solution system – the ready-made solution for such consolidation was demonstrated on the trade fair.

In January, 2011 «Renome-Smart» LLC together with JSC «Indeksbank» began the process of «EKMS» software system implementation. «Renome-Smart» LLC has successfully passed the first annual quality management system audit on the conformance to ISO 9001:2008 international standard. The audit was conducted during 7-8 December, 2010 by the representatives of the Dutch TNO Certification company, who visited our offices in Odessa and Lviv, as well as the central office of the company in Rivne. International auditors have noted the professionalism of employees of the service branches, Department for material and technical support and the competence center. Moreover, they have appreciated the introduction of the electronic document management system. Next quality management system audit on the conformance to ISO 9001:2008 international standard will be carried out at the end of 2011.

Service Center of the Service division of IT Department was granted Authorised Collection Point  status for Apple products. This is the first step in receiving the fully valid  AASP (Apple Autorized Service Parnter) status. «ACP – Authorised Collection Point» status enables to formally accept for warranty repair the Apple equipment (which was sold in Ukraine or serviced in Ukraine under the warranty), namely: MP-players, laptops and base units.

According to the last report of EAST (European ATM Security Team) in 2010 the number of cases of skimming device usage on the ATMs in Europe has increased to 24%.  Moreover, the total amount of losses of the banks coming from this kind of crimes is 144 million Euro. Only for the period from January to June 2010, 5743 crimes occurred and that is the absolute maximum from the moment EAST first started to record this data in 2004. As you know, the special solutions of ATM manufacturers are used to prevent the installation of skimming devices. It is often possible to identify the criminals due to video monitoring on the ATM.
