5 years have passed from the date of National system of mass electronic payments introduction in the commercial operation. On this occasion NSMEP participants were congratulated by Mr. V.Kravets, the council chief of NSMEP Payment organisation: «Dear colleagues, 2009 is the fifth year of National system of mass electronic payments (NSMEP) commercial operation. During its existence, NSMEP payment card has proved to be a safe means of calculations, where the funds are securely stored. Today NSMEP reached such indicators: • 58 banks and 8 members joined the payment system members; • the total number of payment cards is 2.5 million; • terminal network includes approximately 6 thousand units; • increasing turnover has exceeded 86 billion hrn.
