Experts of «Renome-Smart» LLC have implemented «Х.4» Monitoring system software complex in JSC «All Ukrainian development bank». It was the first installation of «Х.4» Monitoring system in the new 2012. Software system has been installed in full configuration and it allows monitoring and managing of Wincor Nixdorf ATMs, which are used in the bank.

We would like to remind that «Х.4» monitoring system is a client-server software system that allows you to remotely copy the log and journal files, remotely update the advertising screens, remotely execute commands on the ATM control, remotely monitor the software and hardware condition of self-service terminals, and monitor the events and transactions. «Renome-Smart» IT Department has begun the construction of a video control system in the territory of the first underground parking in Rivne. According to the project, the parking having an area of about 2000 square meters and designed for 50 park places for cars must be fully supervised by CCTV cameras.

CCTV cameras having an ability to keep the parking under surveillance at night time will be used in the project. Moreover, there will be an ability to view video from CCTV cameras via the Internet, allowing the users to monitor from any part of the world.

"Renome-Smart" LLC in cooperation with UkrSibbank BNP Paribas Group has launched a joint project on the implementation of information and transaction terminals Certo 417 – kiosks – in UkrSibbank branches throughout Ukraine. The first 10 out of 125 kiosks have been already brought into operation in some bank branches in Kyiv. The rest are planned to be installed in the first half-year of 2012.

With the help of kiosks, UkrSibbank customers will be able to pay off the credits quickly and safely, replenish their card accounts and perform other operations. This will reduce the work of the cashiers and as a result – will reduce queues at the cashier’s offices of the bank. Moreover, it will grant the customers with another way to perform the regular financial transactions quickly and safely and will also improve the service quality.

To provide support for the new NSMEP services, which were introduced by the National Bank of Ukraine in cooperation with NSMEP participating banks (especially to support the service «Overdraft on NSMEP card» which was already implemented in the «Express-Bank» and will be implemented in other banks), a new 2.1 version of ProNSMEP software was released in «Renome-Smart».

«Renome-Smart» LLC is increasing the number of service centers In August, the company has opened two new service centers: in the cities of Yalta and Yevpatoriya. Moreover, in the nearest future a new service center in Feodosiya will be opened.

The opening of these centers allows providing the timely reconditioning of the banking equipment throughout the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, as well as expanding the range of services provided by the company in the field of banking equipment servicing. First of all, it concerns FLM services, which are extremely interesting to the Ukrainian banks, because they allow to significantly reduce their costs on ATM network servicing and increase the percentage of its operability.

“Renome-Smart” connected the equipment of “Ukrsotsbank” to its own monitoring center. Within the framework of the project, Company’s Outsourcing Center manages the network of banking equipment.

The list of works which are carried out by “Renome-Smart” under this project includes: technical monitoring of the equipment network, problem analysis and equipment rehabilitation. Apart from the basic functions, experts of the company perform works on optimization and unification of the hardware configuration.
